This will solve most problems you may encounter. Update your browser settings
by following the directions located on the Browser Tune-Up page at http://www.webct.com/tuneup or by
clicking on the “Check Browser” link
on your MyMCC page.
If you fail to do this, you may run into difficulty accessing your
course materials. The browser tune-up will assist you in the following:
Install/Enable
Java for My MCC
While using My
MCC, if you are unable to view discussion postings, quiz windows, and

your browser in order for certain areas of Mt MCC to function properly. Sun JRE

Disable
Pop-Up Blocking for My MCC
While
using My MCC, if you are unable to view discussion postings, quiz windows, and
download links, then you need to disable pop-up blocking for the Massasoit My
MCC server.
Depending
on the pop-up blocking software you are using, you may be able to set you’re my
MCC server as an allowed site, or you may need to disable the pop-up blocker
while using My MCC.
Pop-up

the window. This can prevent My MCC from performing properly.

drive for any software with "pop-up" in the name. Disable it or set you’re
my MCC server as an allowed site. Examples of popular pop-up blocking applications
include:

·
Pop-Up Defender |
·
Pop-Up Zapper |
b) Pop-up blocking
functions are included in some anti-virus, internet security, personal
firewall, and browser programs. Disable the relevant setting in the program or
set you’re my MCC server as an allowed site. Examples of programs that include
pop-up blocking functions include the following:
