Description: This course will cover personal computer software and maintenance. The course will examine the subject area through classroom and laboratory work, presenting the student with real-world exposure to software management and maintenance. The emphasis will be on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting software such as operating systems and applications.

Instructional Objectives: This course will give the student a basic understanding of software management and maintenance.

Grading Policy:
Points: Points will be assigned to assignments, quizzes and attendence. The total points earned during the semester will be divided by the possible points to be earned and a letter grade granted according to the scale that follows:

Attendance/
Participation Policy:
Students are expected to attend and participate in all class meetings.
Late Homework/
Project Policy:
Homework and projects will be accepted only at the beginning of the class on the date they are due. Late homework/projects will not be accepted.
Makeup Exam Policy: Exams are to be taken when scheduled. There will be no make-up exams.
